My "premium" room was substandard and unkempt. The washroom was small, dirty, and the accessories were grimy. The staff declined my request for a breakfast takeaway despite my early flight. Additionally, the in-room kettle was not functional. It was a terrible experience.

rooms are not clean, reception staff are not helpful. it was a horrific experience with such costs being paid. Rooms pictures posted in the MakeMyTrip portal are nowhere close to actual rooms and the arrangements.

The property is not worth they offer dirty and smelly rooms, room and restaurants service is very poor and staffs are incompetent.

The hotel staff did not allow my friends to stay with me as they were not my blood relatives. I had to waste the ordered food because of this issue. The upkeep of the hotel is also very poor now.

The rooms were smelling of cigarette smoke and were stuffy. The pillows provided were not clean. There was no hot water. Though the staff upgraded my room to a better one but it was equally bad. The breakfast provided was not well prepared.

They asked me to pay extra at the time of checkout for the sofa leather which was damaged previously.

Location of the property is good. Food id not served 24 *7 neither the food is gud. Rooms are also okay. Not worth the money u pay

Well. Firstly they overcharged us ₹1000 for 10 mins late checkout. And also they never deducted 15% of my food bill as was mentioned in my booking. Worst stay till date.

rooms were not cleaned properly...Ac was not working properly...room was not up to the mark though I booked a deluxe room.

The room was good I had a nice experience overall.

I completely trust make my trip,so I always book my property through you some time i really disappointed due to unhygienic rooms..make sure next time your preference should be neat and tidy property That's all

Hotel Staffs are very rude and they don’t know how to deal with customers.The Reception boy is a very nonsense guy.

Staff is not cooperative, management is also not cooperative irrelevant terms and conditions forced by management. Food is okay - okay Overall experience is poor, 0% chances for re-booking and recommendation for this property. Thanks

The room was not neat and clean as per it's charges. Full of smoke

The room was nice however the mirrors had paint spots I was on the Map plan i chose dinner However the buffet was not there only a set menu with very basic food options we selected from there still a few set menu options that were not available , breakfast we went at 07:50 still no refilling was done cereals tag were there with no food , was in a hurry had fruits and juice and I left.
