Pls do not book for a breakfast as there was no arrangement. If the total PAX is less than 10 then they don’t provide buffet breakfast. We asked them to provide what they have and the quality of food was not good. Stale food must say. I’m LDS don’t book the costly breakfast

Worst service ever. Not in my life I had such a bad stay…. Rooms were not clear room 205 on left side literally smell of old vomit.. no tooth brush tooth paste provided. No room service to clear dinner plates after 10.30 no matter how many time you call…. They give you buffet breakfast except they are so stingy with the food no variety in breakfast. And MOST IMPORTANTLY AFTER BREAKFAST STAF LITERALLY STANDS ON YOUR HEAD FOR RATINGS AND REQUEST YOU TO MENTION THEIR NAME so all the ratings you see it’s almost forceful…that’s the reason you see staff members names in the most of the reviews…

Overall experience was average... ambience of the room was nice but I am not satisfied with the service as basic stuffs were not provided like towels, dental kit etc. I got it after I made the request. Breakfast was good. I have booked the room with city view but there was no view as such in my room.
