As discussed over telephone this morning, you said your stay was very comfortable but its our policy not to permit out side food inside our premises nor provide crockery for food being brought by guest from outside. As we have our own restaurant serving authentic muti-cuisine food in house. We are still sorry for not accommodating food from outside. Looking forward to serve your better in future. Good ambience but lacks in service
Overall experience was average... ambience of the room was nice but I am not satisfied with the service as basic stuffs were not provided like towels, dental kit etc. I got it after I made the request. Breakfast was good. I have booked the room with city view but there was no view as such in my room.

hotel room, cleanliness and room service was good. washroom was wel equipped but very small. spa is good restaurant is good. connectivity is good. you can get bus and shared auto options for amritsar sightseeing

Everything was fantastic, staff , food , rooms are excellent. The only issue that my room no1 was 108, there is issue with wifi not able to connect wifi inside the room .

Decent Stay
Decent hotel, I travelled for work and booked dor day use, they helped me with very early checkin. Room was tidy. It is on main road. The lady on reception was helpful.

It was an average stay.
Not one of the pleasant experiences. Pros: 1. Near the airport so a good stay for people travelling. 2. Inhouse dining available. 3. Neet and Clean rooms. Cons: 1. Day to day operations of the facility seems chaotic making the customer experience unsatisfactory. 2. Facility Maintenance and management. Especially regarding inhouse restaurant and Rooms.
