This is a decent stay option within 1km of walking distance to Golden temple and other attractions. Rooms were good considering the price point. For our stay, the staffs were courteous. We did not have any special requests made apart from the possibility of checking out after 1hour of scheduled time, which they agreed. If you have included breakfast in your booking, then it gets delivered to your room if you give a call to the reception.

AC not working properly, ventilation is not there in room. little bit far from golden Temple. Breakfast options not available, also provided breakfast is also not at all good. please do not opt for breakfast.

Pathetic experience. The power went out in the middle of the night, and shockingly, the staff refused to turn on the generator despite repeated requests. Many other guests were so frustrated that they had to call the police around midnight. Several travelers even left the hotel during the night due to the complete blackout. As a solo female traveler, this was extremely concerning—especially because even the CCTV cameras weren’t working due to the power cut, raising serious safety concerns. On top of that, there was no water available, making the situation even worse. Absolutely unacceptable management and a complete lack of basic responsibility towards guests’ comfort and safety. Definitely not recommended.
