Hotel was neat clean and staffs were friendly. Close to golden temple and jallianwalabagh.

1. Worst room, 2. Bed poor conditions also mattress 3. Ac remote missing 4. Very small room compared to other hotel for same price 5. Amenities nil ( dryer )

The hotel room was good. Ac was also working well. The main takeaway is that the hotel staff was quite friendly himself. We had to keep our luggage somewhere just to visit places in amritsar, for 7-8 hours the staff said us to keep it in the hotel itself even if we checked out.

I can say it was the worst stay i have ever experienced. The receptionist was unprofessional and illiterate, the property was very dirty, and the hygiene was lacking. They assigned me a room, but upon entering, i found it to be very dirty and smelly. The bedsheets hadn't been washed for 2-3 weeks. I requested to change rooms and waited around 30 minutes, only to be given another room in the same condition, dusty and dirty. There were no slippers provided, so i had to walk barefoot on the dirty floor. The bedsheets and blanket were so dirty that i developed an infection on my legs (attaching a picture for proof. When i was about to check out, the receptionist asked me to wait and disappeared for 15-20 minutes before finally allowing me to leave. Overall, it was a pathetic service. I urge you to consider this before choosing to stay here.

Booked my trip for 13 people hotel received count of 7 people 7 rooms. At first they denied our stay but eventually after a heated argument they agreed. Can’t say whose fault was this mmt’s or hotel’s.

Very nice stay and new construction building with less rates and clean rooms i found this hotel in mmt. Must say no one can beat make my trip it's trusted brand

Overall room was ok. The golden temple was just near the hotel. Staff behaviour was good and i say go for it.

They don't provide electric kettle and tea making material the waiter asked tip on reaching time before entering in the room the room service is very terrifying the order for tea takes two hours not recommend for family

Stay was good and their staff also kind enough, but few things to be improved like water bottle provided on demand but not on their own, similarly we booked room for four members, extra bed was also provided on demand. Parking was the worst thing. Food facility is available but they don't communicate properly

I like this property. Nice hotel. Nice staff. All services in this hotel are awesome. I would recommend this hotel by heart.

The stay was good. But the rooms were little small. One of my room does not have window or balcony, so ventilation was not proper. Food was good, cutlery was old so it seems like not cleaned properly.

This hotel is very clean. Staff very cooperative and polite. Excellent hotel. Like this hotel too much. I am satisfied by this hotel.
