it's was comfortable stay with nice facilities check in check out was smooth and staff were cooperative

Good facilities and clean and proper hygiene room. The interior of the room is as shown in the booking quite and pleasant room with air condition working properly

The staff was extremely inefficient in fulfilling basic requests. I asked for a cloth iron multiple times. Ultimately the iron provided had sticky liquid under the surface which spoiled my expensive piece of clothing. No apologies rendered. Additionally, I asked for a little extended check-out as I have a 6 month old infant who was cranky. They were rude to initially decline it, were constantly putting pressure and ultimately, with a lot of difficulty, accepted the request for a small period of time. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location is very poor outside the city

Overall a good experience. Clean and spacious room. Courteous staff. Located away from the Golden Temple and the price is slightly higher for that location.

the location is good, accessible and close to the main areas - Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Partition Museum. the rooms are slightly stuffy, and could have done with soaps and a doormat. breakfast was good, specially the Amritsari kulcha. Overall a decent budget hotel.

It is a wonderful stay in Mannat. Excellent room. Nice staff. Golden temple, Jaliyawala bagh are just 5 minutes far. Autowalas taking Rs 20 per person. First I book it only for one day but when I see the room and location on spot I extended it for 3 days. Really a great experience

I had a pleasant stay at the Hotel, The housekeeping and kitchen staff were absolutely excellent—attentive, professional, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Mr. Chandan from the restaurant staff, who was incredibly helpful and polite throughout my stay. The food quality and taste were outstanding, truly one of the highlights of my visit! However, I feel the reception staff could improve in terms of responsiveness and hospitality—it would make the overall experience even better. Despite this, I would definitely recommend the hotel for its amazing service, great food, and comfortable, need & clean stay.
