It was good experience . Hotel staff was cooperative . Hotel services were good. Will be staying again in this hotel

Due to bad management of the hotel and staff, small size beds provide for four persons zero cooperation.

Too bad services there is no kitchen. U not order any thing. Only room is good. Others is all bad also not parking available

Bedsheets and pillow, cushion covers were so so dirty, used one it was, after told them to change still they didn't concern

The location and hotel was great. Nearest to railway station and golden temple. Very hospitable staff

We booked a room for 3 people to stay and paid accordingly. When we reached here, the hotel is not providing us with a 3rd bed. We thought let's pay and get it done. The room size is so small that 3rd bed can't be fitted in it. Didn't expect this from makemytrip. Disgusting experience ever in life. I didn't get any refund. I paid extra amount at hotel to take bigger room.

Clean washroom

Very bad experience with breakfast system there was no buffet nor a good dish i couldent eat whole also rubbish below the average hotel

The staff was friendly the rooms were small but well maintained, clean and with good interior. The tea was amazing and the food too.

Nice and decent services. Breakfast is very tasty. Washrooms are hygienic.

The rooms er u small. No place for movement. I am still in hotel. Ordered tea at 7. 00 & 7. 30. They told our chef comes at 8. 30 so still waiting for bed tea. Bathroom exhaust does not have fan i side, only dummy fan i stalled. No ventilation in the room too, so imagine! lights are either fully on or fully closed. Other things yet yo check. I wanted to stay longer but now finding other better options for today onwards. Very disappointed!

Its good experience and enjoy our night and hotel staff is also good there service and room service is good the structure of room is good at all and i liked washroom specially washroom is neat and clean so i liked that thing specially so my experience is good at all

The staff is casual, the room size is very small and smells bad, hangers in the cupboard, linen not clean, no ird menu card in room this is just waste

I did not get the value of my money. The size of the room was too small. The receptionist asked for rs. 500 extra to put a mattress for the 3rd person, although my booking was for 3 adults. After a lot of discussion, i was asked to check in. However, there was no bed for the 3rd person. One of us had to sleep on a 2x6 feet mattress. There was hardly any space to accommodate even 2x6 feet mattress.

It was clean hotel with polite staff good tea which we had
