Room was clean but TV was not working.

.no hot water in washroom. room decor pathetic.TV old style. There was no dinner buffet Breakfast fast also very limited preparation. Reception staff was very very rude. it's not 4 * at all.

very unprofessional staff, Inspite of more than 10 calls they haven't arranged a person to check the issue in bedroom AC. I am not going to forget this pathetic experience.

Reached hotel around 12 am, - warm welcome at reception - not expected, served food with a smile - restaurant staff - very humble, helpful specially the young girl -- Anjali - House keeping - very good - overall excellent service was provided

Overall my stay was fine. But staff at the hotel particularly the guy at door didn’t care to help me with my bags. Even though he saw me pushing the door hard to open it as I had two bags in my hands, he just looked at my face and didn’t show any willingness to help open the door. They have typical crude Amritsari attitude, no smile at their face, trying to judge people by their face etc. The staff at the reception seemed professional in their behaviour though. Restaurant staff was also fine. The shower area was too narrow and small in the bathroom. I asked the guy to send me the complimentary water bottle to my room for the second day of my stay, he never cared to send. So, I think staff needs to quit Amritsari attitude and know that the world has progressed far ahead and become more civilised and they should also catch up with the world. The city of Amritsar was also full of litter everywhere and nobody obeys traffic laws. Even one rickshawwala was mad at me as to why I stopped my car at traffic red light. What a lawless and uncivilised place.

Hotel staff was good, room was cozy and breakfast was good. However toileteries disappointed with just 2 shampoo sache and two small soaps which did not match with such property. And pools fixed timings also did not gave us chance to let kids in but overall it was good.

Room upkeep needs to be improved. Toilet cistern operating mechanism had to be manipulated to run the water. Very awkward. Otherwise good.

decent ambiance and food. worth it. The location is perfect. City centre near the railway station and bus station.

Every thing is ok but still need lot improvement,there is no hot water complete night we struggled lot
