As per cost wise room was ok. But smell was coming from lift as well as room. Food we have not tried . Bed sheets and blankets should be more clean.

Room was specious but not maintained, Lac of maintenance found, Food was good, If price low then it may good option. in such price many other good option may get

hotel don't have any room even after advance booking. Hotel staff give room in adjoining hotel. very unprofessional. when I booked room in advance and payment amount also in advance then why they hotel don't keep room for guest.

Dirty hotel, intercom is there but that it is not working. Lift is there but not working, no hot water. Behavior of the hotel reception is not good. Hotel is not clean. Even in food we got glass piece. Makeny trip told us that in our booking luxury room with many amenities but it ordinary, chealer quality hotel

This hotel is still under construction and was very dusty. There was cement layer on the flooring and lift is yet to be installed.

The plus point is the service. They are good people to deal with. Also, the hotel has its own parking, so great location if you have a car. However, the hotel is old and room had a sense of dampness, but overall, a great stay.

The hotel is on Queens Rd in Amritsar, a location where all long distance Volvo buses leave from / arrive at.

No power back up available in hotel. No electricity available whole night. Non cooperative staff.

Rooms were not good. Ac was also running. Room i had booked was not found.

The room wasn't good. Luxurious room shown but there wasn't that. There was simple room which costs only rs to rs a night. They give on rs. So atlast it was very poor.

Their “reception area” is a small, untidy cubicle and desk jammed into one corner of a dimly-lit parking garage! They have a multi-storeyed property, but no elevator. Staircases are steep and poorly lit, with no safety banisters. The rooms themselves are very tacky and dingy. Corridors leading to the rooms are also extremely narrow (capacity of one person at a time only) and open to the elements. Despite claims to the contrary, and a “menu card” placed in the room, they have no room service to speak of: Drinking water has to be procured by the bottle, cash-first, from a cooler near the “reception area” – and the cooler doesn’t even work. A simple dinner that I’d ordered went missing; when I enquired about it almost an hour later, I was told they didn’t know what had happened to it, but would send it again. Another half hour later, I was simply told “Sorry, kitchen has closed”. And then I was left to fend for myself. And the skeletal staff is a motley crew of unkempt individuals who seem to go about their duties only because they have to. Being extremely tired after a long journey and a full day out, I just collapsed there for the night, but promptly moved to another property nearby the very next morning. And that too at just a marginally higher price. Despite having booked a room for 4 nights, I stayed there for only one night, and that too because I had little choice at that hour.

A fight broke out at night btw hotel staff members. They were abusing each other. Then at 2am a group of guest came they created noise and same group around 7 am hotel managment was poor. They did not bothered about our comfort. I had to check out hotel on 16th instead of 17 there was no policy for refund. Hotel staff was not even sorry for the laxity on their part. Strict action should be taken.

We had booked 2 rooms for family. The hotel looks old, rooms were not clean, bedding was not sanitized and was dirty, washrooms were unclean. In one of the washrooms, the toilet jet was broken. The other washroom had no geyser for hot water. Staff was also kind of rude. Overall, save your money and avoid staying here. Stay at dharmshala would be better than this.

Good location, overpriced, cleanliness not upto the mark. The room cleaning staffs are rude. Manager and front desk staffs are kind. We were initially given a room which was suffocating and smelly though we booked a family suite room. Then on request, they gave us a standard 3 bed room which is cheaper than what we booked. No compensation was provided. Overall, not a good experience.

The hotel room was so terrible. Room shown on pictures are not looks like in real time. Geyser was not there they centrally geyser system, I have faced too much problems. Visited hotel in December and that time I have to bath with cold water. Disgusting hotel.
