service was extremely bad ,they have not checked the room before check in ,tv was not working and there was no remote for AC , they told me to change the room after one day but before that the entire hotel had no water for at least three hours . we lost five hours during travel at Amritsar.they also got the extra amount or early check in.

As per your commitment they provide early checkin if room available but they charge 500/- extra for early checkin in spite of availability of room. When I demanded extra towel because others two towels was wet but they didn't provide Very bad experience with make my trip hotels
