I stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a clean and calm ambiance that makes you feel comfortable right away. Check in and check out were smooth and quick, with no delays or confusion. The room was neat, well kept, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, it felt easy and convenient, which is exactly what you expect during travel. I would happily recommend this hotel for a short stay or a quick trip.

Room was not good. Shower was not working well Cokroach was in roaming in washroom and cleaning was not good in washroom room was good and food service was also good but should focus on washroom more.

This has been my 5th Stay with Keyonn by Kumars. As always, the staff is very cooperative. They upgraded my Room without any extra charges. My main reason to go again n again to the same property is love for their food. It is yumm

I like the hotel services, location, staff behaviour as well as the quiet and peaceful environment especially. Next time whenever I'll visit Amritsar I definitely booked the Kumar hotel. Everything was very good there , breakfast was tasty, rooms were spacious and clean , bedding was comfortable, hotel staff was very cooperative bathrooms are near and clean , hotel location can be easily accessible through Google maps and other applications, centralised AC system works perfectly .

Hotel is near by Amritsar station and also near by bus stand of Amritsar. Golden temple just few minutes away from this Hotel. Staff is very nice and cleaness of hotel and room are good.

Location of property is very good, food, amenities & service is also good, behaviour of staff was also too good. But during our stay some interior work & painting was going on same floor that's why there was issue of bad smell of paint. Rest other things were very good.

Broken toilet seat, broken elmira, not ok for stay, not recommended, average breakfast, need repair of rooms

Very late responses of staff and room was not clean when handover to customer. Very less light. Quite expensive in terms of facilities.

Ac was not working. Room was full of house flies. Even the room was not clean enough. Had to ask them for slippers. Food was also below average.
