This was my first time staying at Jalandhar. I traveled in alone, and to my surprise, Best Western Plus (BWP) was going through an emergency when I arrived. Initially, they refused to process my check-in request, as they were out of power, and apparently there was a fire somewhere in the infrastructure, and I didn't know what would happen. However, I called MMT Support, and got an assurance they will let me know of the next steps (fortunately, I did not need the next steps) as within the next 45 mins, BWP processed my check-in and allotted me a room to my liking. With the meals covered under my options, I went on further, a little delayed for my meetings but managed to complete my work. I got back, later at night, had dinner at the restaurant and asked for an early checkout. They assisted me with everything, communicated well. All the staff was extra courteous. I skipped my breakfast (although when I visit next, I would love to see what the menu is like), as I checked out and left early. I believe they totally made up for the initial hiccups at the time for check-in, and my experience has been at par, or better than many other 5 stars and luxury properties I have stayed at.

I had a wonderful stay at this Best Western Plus Jalandar. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay very comfortable. The food was delicious with good variety, and the overall hygiene and service standards were excellent. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to travel around.
