Suite room ends before it starts so I guess rooms are small. attendants are shabbily dressed and do t inspire efficiency. okay place to stay if you can avoid interaction with them including from t office who are the slowest and casual and compete with Hyatt Place for inefficiency

I was initially a bit skeptical, having never stayed at a BWH Group property before. But since I was traveling with family this time, I wanted everything to go smoothly—and I must say, the experience exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly polite, cooperative, and genuinely attentive. They know how to treat guests right, and that made a big difference in our overall comfort. There were just two areas that could use improvement: 1. Food variety – While the quality was good, the menu remained almost the same throughout our 6-day stay, with only minor changes. A little more variety would really elevate the dining experience. 2. Parking – The hotel offers open parking, which can be inconvenient for longer stays. If you're parking during the summer, be prepared for a dusty car and a sizzling steering wheel by afternoon! That said, everything else was top-notch. I’d still rate our stay 5 out of 5 for service, comfort, and overall experience.

Room size was small and washroom was not as per standard. Buffet service was very slow even there were not so crowded

There was no dental kit in the bathroom. Had to ask for hand towels. But they provided only one. No iron. The room which they gave me first had no mini refrigerator. Then they shifted me to another room.
