Overall, the stay was decent, but the hygiene needs improvement. The room looked clean, though it had a lingering old smell, and the bathtub showed signs of black mold that should be taken care of. The reception area also had pigeon droppings, which didn’t leave a good impression. I stayed only briefly, so I gave it a 4/5 otherwise, it would have been a 3/5.

Pathetic stay experience

It was one of the most uncomfortable stay. The mattresses were in such bad condition that we were rarely able to sleep throughout the night and had severe pain in our back and neck in the morning . Washroom, especially the shower area had such a peculiar smell that it was very difficult and was a terrible experience to take shower. We had also informed at the reception while we were checking out. Overall it was a pathetic stay @ Radisson Blu Ludhiana.

This hotel is an aging property with old rooms interiors that are non functional/old fashioned. Food is okay. The staff is excellent, very courteous. The toiletries are below standard. I booked for my friend along with her fiancé who came to india after 7 years from Australia and they had terrible experience the room was untidy and stinky the bath tub was filled with dust they immediately checked out after one hour my money and gifting them so expensive room all that gesture gone wrong totally disappointed my money got wasted my friend was so humble he informed me next day because he didn’t wanted me to feel bad that I have given him such bad room

Not a family friendly hotel!!

Property had maintenance issue, also front desk had severe communication issue. I requested for SUV for drop off and was provided with Sedan. Room tiles were broken and hazardous. Despite raising the issue staff were not ready to change the room. Loud Music was going on until 11PM on very first day and they allocated us room right above where music was being played. I have a 3 and half year child and he could not sleep until late, because of it. Should not be rated as 5 star hotel!!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
