stayed for 2 nights, with family. Locations slightly away from city centre, but they provide shuttles to Aukland tunnel, near Ridge, so it was good that way, still some walk, so people with older guests should be aware. Otherwise excellent property, really neat and tidy rooms, super excellent housekeeping service, very comfy rooms. I loved the stay here. Breakfast is a bit crowded and I feel the dining / breakfast space could be expanded to handle peak rush hours.

Amenities are good. Food service in room is good but in restaurant food service is poor, takes very long time to serve food and glass cups and tables are not cleaned properly.
