hi, I stayed for a night with my friend while I was commuting from one city to another. it was quick halt just for a night and it was comfortable. staff was helpful, room and washroom was clean. family with 1 kidPathetic experience. Not an all a Radisson level hotel. A crockery broke accidently during breakfast and the hotel even charged for the same. The crokeey was hot in which idli was kept and when my dad picked ot up because of fhe vaccum the below part got seperated and in that panic bu a senior citizen that lid broke. This ideally not be charged but the manager didnt budge at all. I dont understand why radisson has given its name to such a pathetic hotel. Name 9f radisson is getting spoiled. Also I had requested for a late checkout around 5pm that also first he said that the hotel is fully booked which was not fhe case when i showed him room availability online. The Supervisors here lie and to support their Senior most manager too didnt seem decent. When I paid half day room charges amd the room is available till 5pm then also the gotel calls me at 3.45pm - 3.50pm and asks me to vacant the room at 4pm. During breakfast had to tell the waiter thrice for getting something that was missing in the buffet but atill he didnt get. The coffeethat was served was merely water. Pathetic again. Radisson please note that if you keep this hotel under your name then for sure your brand name is going to go for a toss. Overall pathetic.
