Hotel DS Clarks Inn Gurgaon

Room are good but room service is poor, i ordered 2 glass in room but it take 15 minutes .

The stay was pleasant. Location is good as connectivity to the national highway and the rest of the town is great. The staff is polite, understanding, helpful and always greet with a smile. Late night daal-rice was nice. Thank you for the service. Best wishes to the team.

Just wanted to share – my stay at Hotel Clark Inn was amazing! 🌟 The location is perfect, services are top-notch, and the morning breakfast… just wow 😍. If anyone is planning to stay in Gurugram, I’d definitely suggest Clark Inn. Highly recommended! 🙌

The hotel room was quite roomy and comfortable. The staff was good as well. But I was told by the hotel staff that the "complimentary welcome drinks" were not a real thing,that it was just quoted in MakeMyTrip to attract customers,which sounded really unprofessional. Otherwise I was happy with the room,the food and the staff.

Facility is excellent location is very convenient and food is super delicious amenities was up to the mark from the welcoming staff to all service satff was very helpful overall there.

Room is not as shown in the picture. It has so much noise as it is closer to restaurant . We were disturbed even at night.

Its so surprising that they are controlling the AC from reception and keep doing on and off, I need to call up in night when feeling hot that pls switch on the AC as there is no fan in room. So why are you charging so high and asking money when you have issue in saving your electricity.

Dear Team, This is for your information, your receptionist/ person over call is very rude and doesn't know how to serve the service industry. I had a stay on 17 July 25 at DS Clarks Inn Gurugram. after check in I simply asked for another bottled water, as only two half litre bottles were available, which was very minimal for two peple for whole night. The person has rudely refused in a way stating 'itni hi rakhi jaati hai, aapko kya 10 12 bottle de den' . On confronting this kind of language, he again came up with different gestures of complete rudeness, stating 'refund toh nahi hoga , kya hum aapke ke liye apna nuksaan karayenge, aapko jyada baat karni hai toh MMT se baat karlo.. hum toh paise refund nahi karenge' For your info, washroom had many strangled hair all over the floor which we have also confronted to reception and he said 'Mam isme kya hua thoda sa hi toh hai' If this how Clarks Inn chain is running, I am sorry .. will never be a part of stay again in future.

Check in time is 2 PM and check out time is 11 AM, not even 24 hours. They will call you to check out at 11 AM even if you are paying for deluxe room and for executive room, is not suitable for deluxe as it is very small room and has no window, I have stayed many 5/7 star hotels, like hyatt,sarovar portico, orchid, ramada,they will not bother you to check out at 11 AM, they will call at 1 PM and you can easily check out at 2 PM.

"I recently stayed at Ds clarks inn and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere, which made for a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back

Noisy hotel all the near by rooms were making noise hotel did nothing to reduce the noise drain in the bathroom was not ok and it was a little swimming pool in the shower

Location was good, but due to cluster fobia I'm facing problem window or outside view was not available, I told this at the time of check in at evening around 8:00 PM but he refused to help me out, I am not sleeping properly. else service was good, madam at reception was so mannered. overall experience was OK.

They charged extra 1000 for stay at night that body builder manegar

The room allotted was very small, 2 persons not easily accommodated,upon asking why are you providing me these rooms, says you have done the booking from third party app, that's why you are allotted small rooms

Staff was simple and nice, however inside the room most of the things were not working, from TV to fridge, to basic switch boards, where I had to call for support, yet those were non functional. Food that i wanted to order was not available, had a bad experience in terms of breakfast menu offering, very limited menu for breakfast, no live counters.
