We booked multiple rooms for group tour, although rooms are modern but very poorly maintained, toilet sheet space is very small hardly any average person can fit in, in some room shower was not working, toilet jet was troublesome. kettle was stinking and door eye was missing with a plan hole. The wordobe gate in one room just took off. Room service was non responive, did not provide waters after multiple calls too. Seems short staffed

When go to hotel staff is welcome with smile. Within a minute a welcome drink is coming. Then they have a good room for the family to give us. Nice pool well maintained. Good service. The food is excellent and the facilities are superb. The total property is very nice. Thnk you guys

cation is not good, distance is too far from main agra city. 2,food quality is very poor. breakfast item all 3 days was same. and quality very bad. also i was ordered dinner alu fujiya was not boiled. my child unble to eat, 3, 2nd day room not clean by hotel team. after my request they clean at night
