rooms were near and clean but towels were stained, also water bottle charges rs70+ so costly like airport

Property is good But staff is not cooperating at all .

The stay was comfortable. Food was good, the chef was fantastic. Generally not a crowded hotel. Easy to check in and check out. Services can be improved to attract more customers. Keep it up team.

it's a average hotel, staff is good but room tv is not working, outside food is not allowed and rates in restaurant is very higher, thumps up 40 rs bottle sell on 120 and not providing the bill also.

i wasn't allowed to check in their as local IDs were not accepted i tried and requested alot as it was a hectic day still didn't got a chance and my money got waste as it was non refundable

The location of the property is fine. However, we had to face slight inconvenience as we had to change our room in the middle of the night due to faulty AC.

The property is located in a prime location in the city. The rooms are decently spacious and adequately clean. The staff is well-mannered and cooperative. At the front desk, we met Mr. Rajdeep, who was extremely kind and helpful. PS: Water bottles were a bit expensive therefore getting bottles from outside is a better option.
