Courtyard by Marriott Agra

My stay was awesome,we arrived early about 3 hours before our Check-in Time. So,we were told to wait for 1 hour so that Hotel staff could make our room ready. But within 20 minutes their Manager Mr.Mohit saw us waiting . He immediately came to us and instructed the staff to make our room ready. But since ,it was taking time he upgraded us Junior suite free of cost from terrace room. Really loved and appreciate the kind attitude of Mr.Mohit. we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Everything was good about the Courtyard by Marriott Agra. Location, food variety, service. Only thing was restaurant staff were over occupied during the breakfast hence they were not able to get the food ordered. Either they forgot or didnt pay heed due to rush. Still thats the only minor negative part of an overall wonderful guest oriented Mariott Hotel.

Courtyard By Mariott is conveniently located. Dinner and breakfast buffets are very tasty and got a large variety of dishes to please every palette. Hotel rooms are clean, spacious and relaxing. Hotel staff is very courteous and caters to your every need promptly.

My stay at Courtyard was fabulous.Amenities services provided were superb.Wherever im going im searching for same amenities as Marriot.Quite happy with my decision!

It is a nice stay well maintained easy to visit all important places in Agra. Staff is cooperative had a good variety of breakfast which is included in package.
