Courtyard by Marriott Agra

We were two couples with one infant and two kids, and we stayed for 2 nights and 3 days at Courtyard by Marriott in Agra. Overall, it was a superb stay filled with warm hospitality and thoughtful service. Superb service – Right from check-in to check-out, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. Everyone was courteous and prompt in addressing our needs. Smooth check-in and upgrade – We were assisted by Mr. Shubham at the front desk, who was kind enough to upgrade one of our rooms immediately on a simple request. That small gesture really set the tone for our stay. Further upgrade to a suite – One of the rooms still felt a bit small for our family, so I requested another upgrade (I know I was pushing it!). I had a word with the manager, Mr. Mayank, who generously agreed to upgrade us to a suite. Truly appreciate his understanding and flexibility. Outstanding hospitality – The overall hospitality was exceptional. From special birthday touches like a complimentary cake for my little one, to a lovely gesture by the game zone attendant – who brought out PS controllers just for us at closing time – the team went above and beyond. I believe the game zone intern deserves a big shout-out (and maybe a raise!) for his kind and accommodating attitude. Good food with room to improve – The food was quite good, though there’s some scope for improvement. On Sunday morning, the breakfast area was overcrowded and we had to wait for seating, but it was understandable given the number of guests. All in all, we had a wonderful time with smiling faces around (although the reception team could smile a little more!). Highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott, Agra for a family-friendly and comfortable stay.

Everything was ok and great. I wanted to book room and called reception to know whether they can arrange early checkin as i was arriving early. The reception only picked up after several attempts, they demanded to come to Courtyard by Marriott Agra and check whether its available. Thats general knowledge where we come to Courtyard by Marriott Agra and check that. I got checked in 1 hr prior wen I reached the Courtyard by Marriott Agra, but this would have gave peace to us if they could confirm that in a call. Also the front office seems very un responsive on other occassions. Remaining all was really nice and was happy about the property

It was a perfect relaxing stay just because of the hospitality offered by the team. i would like to thanks 🙏 Ashish..Sneha..Raju for their extra efforts just to make our stay relaxing and memorable. The food buffet was good 👍.. Overall..it was great 👍

property location is at fatehabad road , it's decent five star property with all amenities ,we had done dinner and breakfast both was delicious and nutritious. Room was really beautiful with all facilities, service was fabulous.

Property ‘s location is very good. Food services & amenities are excellent.The breakfast buffet is sumptuous, offering a delightful variety. The corridors are also impressively clean and well-maintained.

Brilliant Stay and Service and Food as well. Well maintained Pool and rooms were great and huge. Above expectations.

Good service and good rooms. Dining the variety is limited. However the staff tries its best. They need to train the staff a bit more and need to add service capacity to service large crowds.
