1. After booking the hotel … the moment we arrived at the Hotel, the waiting time at the reception was terrible. It was like waist the the Airport or Railway Station waiting for announcement to come at the reception and get the necessary documentation done and get the room. The evening dinner and morning breakfast experience was also horrible, people are running haywire unable to manage morning rush. The hotel is pathetic and unworthy of holds the brand name of ITC Mughal or maybe ITC maintains and rates such shoddy standards. A word of unsolicited advice for ITC management engaged in Hospitality business is that they should encourage their employees to take business tour

1. The steam bath near the small pool was almost out of operation. I waited a few minutes, but the steam never came, and the caretaker suggested I go to the other steam bath near Kaya Kalp Spa instead. 2. I requested a blanket for my daughter, but unfortunately, it never arrived during the night. While these were minor setbacks, they stood out in an otherwise excellent experience. With a little improvement on these points, ITC Mughal can make the guest experience even more seamless and memorable.

I recently stayed at ITC Mughal, Agra, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The highlight for me was the early check-in – I had requested it in advance, and despite arriving almost three hours early, the reception team promptly arranged our room as soon as it was available. That thoughtful gesture set the tone for the rest of our stay. The staff throughout our visit were extremely polite, cooperative, and genuinely helpful, especially the reception team who ensured every little request was taken care of. The property also organizes engaging activities like sketch-making and magic shows, which added a fun and unique touch to our experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfectly in line with the luxury that ITC hotels are known for. The food overall was excellent, but the absolute standout was our lunch at the Peshawari restaurant – easily the best meal we’ve had in a long time. Overall, our stay was delightful and memorable. Food (specially In room dining) had only a few options that were actually available. Breakfast was messy- too busy, nobody was able to get right food. Especially when we needed help as we had our 8 months old along. Baby chair were all occupied. Cot in room was not in great condition. Spa experience was only thing that was nice. Overall, poor experience.

We had a wonderful stay at ITC Mughal Agra, A Luxury Resort. The property is beautifully maintained with a perfect blend of Mughal charm and modern comfort. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience throughout our stay. Rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the amenities truly lived up to the luxury standard. The food options were excellent, offering both variety and quality. The ambience of the resort added to the overall charm, making our trip to Agra even more memorable. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Agra.

Excellent Stay

The property is very beautiful with ample space to walk around amidst all greenery. The swimming pools are excellent and kids friendly. I had taken all three meals at the resort and all of it was great! For my kid, they provided us with pasta and pizza as per his choice without charging anything extra! The coffee shop near lobby has very comfy sitting with very soothing music! Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Excellent Stay

Very well located 5kms from the Taj and beside the market where you can get pethas and decent restaurant at the walking distance. The property is super huge and contains 2 swimming pools and multiple suites. The room are spacious and even though it is an old property but they have redesigned the decor to match modern style. The food is great the taste is around foreigner pallate non spicy and light on fragrance. We loved the breakfast and the staff is super courteous. The only problem we faced was the choppy wifi connection, near the room number 210+ range the wifi on the mobile and the tv kept disconnecting for the 2 days we stayed. I hope they fix it else watching tv and being connected became difficult
