During my stay, I noticed a few areas where there could be improvement. Firstly, the bath area in the room was quite small, making it slightly uncomfortable to use. It would be much better if the space was more thoughtfully designed to allow guests to move around freely. Secondly, during dinner, no starters were provided. Generally, when booking a dinner package, one expects at least a few appetizers or snacks to begin with, which sets the tone for the meal. In addition, I was expecting a buffet dinner as mentioned earlier while booking, but the arrangement provided was different. A buffet usually gives guests more variety and flexibility in choosing dishes according to their taste. Overall, while the basic facilities were decent, these small aspects made a noticeable difference in the experience. I hope the management will look into these points for an even better and more comfortable stay for future guests.

Really enjoyed the stay on property. They provided free pickup and drop from main entrance of vaishno devi temple. Rooms were clean and food was good

The location is good. More than that the services provided are of good quality and care. They sent a car to pick 5 of us early morning at 1.00a.m from Vyshnodevi returning point. Great care

My experience was far below expectations in terms of service, ethics, and guest treatment, in fact this was one of the worst experience on my life. To begin with, the attitude of the hotel staff—particularly the restaurant team—was shockingly unprofessional and discourteous. Unfortunately, the behavior displayed as if guest are staying at the hotel for free and was more in line with disdain than hospitality. Secondly, while the hotel claims to offer payment options, the staff insisted on cash payments. Post payment, they failed to return the full balance amount, citing reasons such as “we have given you whatever was available.” This practice appears questionable and raises concerns.
