Not properly managed there lack of communication regarding food charges and all

This is not worth for 4 star..it’s standard is like OYO hotel. Only few rooms are better but still the hygiene is not good. Washrooms are dirty

-Rooms were good 4 ⭐️ -Location was outside Shimla, a place called Chota Shimla, 4-5 km away from Mall Road 3 ⭐️ -Breakfast was sad, very limited options, not very tasty 2.5 ⭐️ -Took dinner (ala carte) also which was okay 3.5 ⭐️ - Staff was very courteous 4.5 ⭐️

Small rooms with No Air-conditioning in entire hotel. Bathrooms are very very small and your hands hit everywhere while taking shower. Water flows out of shower area wetting entire bathroom floor. Laundry charges are exorbitant. Buffet Bf not worth and 25-30% menu items not available. Whatever available make sure same thing gets served as mentioned under Dish description as Chef serves something out of the box. Restaurant cleanliness very poor. Left over lying on floor and table top also till you request it to clear. Location is not good for vacationers. Overall disappointed with stay. Had booked believing it's Clarks group property however it has been acquired/managed by Clarks and No meaningful changes done to property by Clarks group is disappointing.

Good location if anyone looking something near to but away from hustle of Mall road. Rooms are decent.

Hotel is at good location but overall experience is just average. Breakfast is very sad. Attendants don’t keep things ready.

I have stayed there twice till now and everything has been amazing... the staffs.. the food.. the place everything... Also, I came from a very distanced place and reached the hotel around 6 in the morning. I was afraid, so they would give me a check-in, but without troubling, they straight away gave me the check-in. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN

Hotel approach was difficult, tv & internet was not working in the hotel

हम टैम्पो ले कर गये,होटल वालों ने पेड पार्किंग में खड़ी करवा दी पर जब वापिस आये तो पार्किंग फीस हमें देनी पड़ी जो हमें बहुत बुरा लगा।

The entrance is dingy and too small outside drivers can't even drive to the hotel. The room was not clean dust in the cupboard and the blanket kept there was smelling. The food was average no proper service in the restaurant. Food prices are higher as compared to quality. Not worth staying. Don't understand how it's attached to clarkes group with these kind of standards

Breakfast was not good, limited options, staff was very friendly and good service. Price are on higher side

Well me and my friends been to this place earlier also and this time after covid… surprisingly noticed that they did a good renovation at the property and in rooms also. They gave us a beautiful spacious room facing the beautiful view. We enjoyed the stay a lot. U must try the Tandoori Chicken yummm
