The hotel was under maintenance, my head was spinning due to the paint smell. no exhaust in the washroom. almost all the sockets were not working.

The room had small insects biting I could not sleep all of the first night Had to call up the GM of the hotel and get my room changed next day Towels were dirty Breakfast I had not included yet I had by paying separately. Two days the breakfast trays were empty before 8.15 am . Only one person in the place to attend all guests because they had an event on some other floor Food quality was below average and service was horrible Room service number was never picked up and every time has to go through the receptionist

House keeping is worst. They use torned and dirty hand towels and floor mat. Very limited varieties in breakfast which is taste less. No actions to complaints.

One star is dedicated only because of breakfast quality is not upto the mark with similar properties and they are taking too much time ( 45 min. + ) even for simple food orders at restaurant. Also food delivery at room is taking tooo long ... 45 min. + Apart from this evening is very good.

The room was, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, room service was not available during my stay.

The room was comfortable, however the service is very slow. I had to call multiple times to get water and dinner served. Further, the rooms are not soundproof, the tv and the phones ringing in the next room was disturbing and the wi-fi is damn slow. The staff was caring and humble.
