I booked this hotel for one night mainly because of its location and convenience for my work. There’s no doubt — the location is excellent, and the staff are truly wonderful. From housekeeping to the front office and even the diet and kitchen team, everyone was very courteous and helpful.
However, the hotel really needs to uplift the quality of its rooms. I had booked a Superior category room, but unfortunately, it had a strong unpleasant odor and visible fungus in several areas. Even though the staff tried using room fresheners, the smell persisted, making it very difficult to sleep through the night.
