I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've experienced. The staff seems arrogant, and basic amenities aren't available. The lift isn't working, and the cleaning is nonexistent. The waste management is also highly unsatisfactory. I've never seen such poor service.

it was a terrible experience, i have made a complaint regarding this hotel, it's actually not a hotel a flat that is convert in hotel rooms which are very very unhygienic, the fan and ac was in very bad working state , toilet very dirty , no complimentary water bottle or other things given please note it's not at all safe for women taking solo trip the staff was very irresponsible and did not help with the complaint

It was peaceful waking up here all the sounds gone of honking from cars, guests who were loud; only the calm and nice silence.
