The property was closed and not available for guests, which left us feeling devastated upon our arrival. 💐🤬🤬😡

The experience was nice. Hotel rooms were clean. Only thing suggested is room service should be provided.

It was very bad experience. Which photos i seen on that basis i booked the hotel for my family. As per facilities it is not a hotel, it is a third grade lodge. Not suitable for family.

Extremely poor service. Not at all professional. No room service available even in the morning. No kettle was even available. Not recommended.

It was vey good stay and all areas were very near which was needed by me and i suggest that once should stay here as it is in our budget also

The hotel looks good from out side but inside not good. No glasses or tea maker in room. Bathroom unclean. As compare to room price quality and service poor

1. Entrance of the hotel is thru restaurant. We went to basement and were flabbergasted to see the filthy basement 2. Bottled water is provided but not bisleri 3. Towel were discolored

Location was comfortable to travel to my daughter college. Food, amenities and services are good. But one thing was complimentary breakfast.

Everything was fine but tea electric kettle facility was not available and geyser was not working. I have selected this hotel as it was near to my child’s college

Room was neat and specious. However, the following things are an issue with this hotel. 1. No provision for tea / coffee in the room 2. ⁠ 24x7 Hot water availability for shower ( hot water is available only in the morning) 3. No provision for breakfast. Need to go out. 4. Towels were having strong chlorine smell.

The hotel is very clean and hygienic and the hotel staff is also very supportive. The restaurant is also joint to hotel so no need to go outside. The hotel also looks new and has excellent care, has very good wifi connection overall booking was also smooth.

I my opinion it's a trasit hotel.

It was very good stay but i was unable to start ac as it was late night check in and no one was availabel to guide

Hotel staff were very courteous and responsive. Good stay for budget rates. Bed tea is not served as the attached restaurant operates from 12 noon. An electric kettle should be provided in such a case

The hotel was good and clean. People were friendly but they seemed a bit understaffed. Only one person was doing everything. Its also a bit difficult to locate the hotel as there is a very small board. Instead they have a huge board of a restaurant with a different name in front of the building.

1)proper parking is not provided nor sufficient lights are arranged at parking. 2) rooms are ok but comparatively bathrooms are very small. 3) intercom are not working. If u have to communicate to reception or room service u have to use your cel phone.
