I went with my Family to celebrate my birthday on 18th October 2025 at the Amazing Westin 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hotel for 1 day...we booked the Terrace Suite Room...we fell in love with the beautiful hotel...the room was very big and spacious and the bathroom was very big with a lovely tub and shower and WC in separate cubicles...there were 2 TV's and an Amazing lounger and sofa and soft king size bed with super soft silky pillows...the balcony was the best...we could see the MM River and sky scrapers and metro train line and Kalyani Nagar area from the balcony.. my Family loved the food served at The Market during Dinner and Breakfast...the variety was superb and food was excellent...we loved the polite and helpful nature of the staff especially Varun the Fand B Manager from the Afreen restaurant.the hotel was peaceful and very beautiful....enjoyed the complimentary spa session of 1 hour on my birthday...Varun helped us a lot and ensured the Breakfast was sent to the room on the day of check out as well as helped us to understand the benefits we were entitled to in our food package.. Thanks a million Varun for being so polite, sweet and helpful...

it was very unhygiene bathrooms were not cleaned staffs are very careless, we were here for new year we even did not get dinner here and not even lounge excess.
