I had an amazing stay at Hostel One! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the dorms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The hostel also had a great atmosphere, with a cozy common room and plenty of opportunities to meet other travelers. I would highly recommend [Hostel One] to anyone looking for a fun and affordable place to stay.

It was pathetic the bedsheets and blankets stinked the bed was completely shaking also there was no place to sit out and mosquitoes bite. Apart from this the checkin wasn't hassle free

i have selected ac room but owner provided me non ac and without locker and he tell 200 rs extra for ac room with locker, Toilet was not upto the mark

I came to know about this Hostell One through make my trip and i booked 6 Bed mixed dorm for 4 of us for 2 nights which coasted me and I recommended this hotel or hostell whatever it is to my friends and they also booked . when they came to checkin they said they can't accept that checkin and they said if we want to stay there we have to pay extra money. They made so many arguments through the phone and at the middle of the night they made us to pay extra 6500rs for staying there and we payed it because we didn't had any other option at the middle of the night. And the next day also they created drama. Me and my friends who came to pune for the first had this much of worst experience from that hotel. i won't recommend it to any other person.

Friendly staff but rooms are in very poor condition and not particularly clean. Other guests seemed to think it was ok to turn all the lights on and make loads of noise at 4am in the morning.

Someone just switched my bed and no one cares at reception. Even the water went off mid shower. Had to sit for 15 min covered in soap. lol.

Not organized, poor restroom maintenance, not clear communication, rude property lady keep changing rooms, no good hospitality

3. My experience in hostel one has been very average. It was very congested, the doors did not have locks, beds and the mattresses were quite uncomfortable and it made a lot of noise. The place needs a high maintenance, but the staff were friendly and polite !

The washroom was very untidy, no cleness and also it’s show that outside food and drinks kar allowed at backyard area but they still don’t allowed they took overbooking also shown ac but ac was not working. The room contains capacity of 8 there was 10 sleeping and they aksd other people’s to shift and all, terrible experience.

The rooms were very dirty. There were flies everywhere in the bathroom. Not suggested. Terrible experience.

Please is easy to access, property need to upgrade few things like basic amenities, towel and lockers. But i'm ok with this place

The sitting area is not well maintained the bunk beds are very unstable and make sounds. It is really bothersome when someone either on the lower bed or the upper bed is adjusting the whole bunk shakes and it is really annoying. Overall unhygienic and disgraceful experience. Left the place already

The stay was okay at a decent price. The washroom needs to be more hygienic. The upper beds were unstable during sleep.

I have never faced such a terrible situation before that. This is not hotel its a pg room. They have gave me a girls room. How could anyone can do this. Room was unorganised and dusty beds. Staff was very rude. In single word they exp-oiled my night.

I met amazing people during my stay. This is a good place to stay when you are travel-ling solo around pune.

Excellent hostel. Feels like at home. Great location, peaceful atmosphere with good food and people.
