very dirty hotel. dirty beds and dirty bed sheets. stinky smell rooms nothing is working properly Overall not suitable for the people who are willing to stay in the clean space

The AC is not good and the rooms were average with unclean bedsheets. There was some lingering smell as well.

Property is placed in a prominent location and easily accessible. Sign board could have been much better. Reception area is not pleasing. Rooms are good and spacious. Overall a good stay. Value for money.

The hotel is adequate for a single person, wouldn't recommend it for couples or families. Locating the property in the dark is also quite difficult as there is no visible signage at the entrance and even the entrance is quite filthy possibly as it is Monsoon season. The "Hotel" is basically just a floor in an old commercial building with rooms having bare basic amenities. The property doesn't have a restaurant, but there are plenty of dining options around.

The room smelled like cigarettes. The lift is archaic and the guard keeps staring. The hotel boy is not that helpful and refused to being a toothpaste by lying that pharmacy was not open(they do not provide toothpaste or toothbrush). Overall very bad stay. The rooms smelled of cigarettes. There was no hot water. There was no cleanliness. The hotel boys were not helpful.

Very nice experience and staff are also very cooperative. The property is located at a prime location and hence, one can get access to anything at midnight also. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed staying there.

Needs Significant Improvement My stay at the hotel was disappointing and not worth the high price charged. 1. The room had a musty smell, as if it hadn’t been opened or cleaned in days. 2. The bed was uncomfortable—likely due to old and broken springs. 3. Food quality was average and definitely needs improvement. 4. Only tap water was provided, and I had to request the waiter to get bottled water from a shop, which is unacceptable at this price point. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost. The hotel needs to seriously work on cleanliness, comfort, and basic amenities.
