It was a great experience at the Hotel. The food quality was good and the taste was nice too. Their buffet spread had a decent wise spread. The location is central as it's in Koregaon park itself so it has multiple benefits and locations in close proximity to it. The facilities available are also nice and easy to access. The room is clean and of a decent size. Furthermore, the staff is polite and quite responsive to our needs and it done within minutes of informing them

Good Functional Old Hotel, Don't expect Experience, Luxury

My experience of St Laurn Hotel at Koregaon Park is - it is good for those who are looking at staying at the central part of the City or Old Pune. This is a good functional hotel for working professionals who have to stay for a day or two and have work in the City. Don't expect great food, or great luxury experience. It is an old property and not been renovated at the basic level at least. Just being run in whatever state it is! We stayed in Room 707. Creeking beds. And old furniture. No chair to sit at the table to work if I wanted to. The sofa is stained (not dry-washed at least). The Toilets are ok. No concave mirror (though the holder is in place), no door for the shower cabin. Truth be said, the toiletries were good. The wall just outside the room door - there was heavy seepage of water. Smell in the lobby can be better. We had breakfast for 2 days. The spread of Breakfast was ok-ok. Very functional. Don't expect a 5-star large spread. Good enough plain Poha. The fruit bun was stale (when asked the said, "it happens sir, we get the breads one day in advance and we don't know when the breads were made." We checked-in at 11.30 PM and when in the room we discovered there were no towels or napkins. The frontdesk arranged and were told "Towels ka shortage chal raha hai na....isi liye nahi lagaya hoga." That says it all!

The bathroom had cockroaches, which was both shocking and unhygienic. The bed sheets were dirty and clearly had not been changed before our arrival, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. To make things worse, the wooden flooring in the room was broken in several places, making it unsafe to walk barefoot and giving the room a neglected feel. I had expected a comfortable and clean stay, but the experience was far from it. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their hygiene and maintenance standards. I would not recommend staying here until these problems are addressed.

I had a really pleasant stay at St. Laurn, Koregaon Park. The location is excellent, close to the main areas of the city, yet peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the food – both breakfast and in-room dining had good variety and taste.
