I stayed at the hotel yesterday. The room AC was not functioning properly, which caused some discomfort. The food was average and could be improved in terms of taste and quality. I hope these issues can be addressed for a better guest experience.

Average Stay
The experience was good just a small thing which threw it off. If we talk about the pros; the room was good, the bathtub was good, clean enough, missed a few dust spots but that's fine. The major throw off were the cockroaches and ants. On the flip side, it didn't make sense to ask for a room change because it was quite a while after I checked in and spotted the issue and had only a few hours to check out as I used it only as a day use room and didn't spend the night as I had a flight to catch But it was something that was a problematic as my partner wasn't comfortable anymore.

Terrible Stay
The stay was bad in all aspects, hygiene, maintenance of washroom, Room cooling system, extra bedding provided and even breakfast was also average. Will never want to go to them again

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The food was incredible - delicious and plentiful. The housekeeping staff were super diligent and kept my room spotless. The staff's friendly and courteous behavior made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!"

Paid since it was a last minute booking. The hotel was rated highly - bur truly terrible. AC, TV, In room phone, breakfast coffee machine, pool - nothing worked. Tried to contact make my trip multiple times - was completely unable to.

Food taste poor. Check out experience was worse. They entered most of the wrong information about me, my contact, my email, my company name and also GSTN which i never gave during booking. At checkout team was almost trying to convince me to take wrong invoice.

The rooms have cockroaches, they refuse to provide face towels and the air conditioner settings didn’t make any difference. The staff is polite and helpful, but the facilities are found wanting. Great and convenient location, but the stay was a let down.

Food (Dinner) was average, buffet breakfast was ok but still has lot of room for improvement, room needs renovation, though room was spacious enough, but most of fixtures need replacement with time, seen cockroaches in the bathroom

hello, Very warm hospitality from the staff. Nice and comfortable rooms. A strong exhaust or air purifier in washroom would be better. Also washroom with place to hang/keep clothes need to to accessible. Rest staff was were very accommodating. Overall a good stay. Thanku

The property is good but services aren’t great, you have to call even to get basic toiletries. The was also food but again the service was really slow.

My stay was awesome it was just for 1 night but the food was really nice and the staff were really friendly and polite I would love to visit again with just one request There was small wear and tear in the property infrastructure that needs to be taken care off for this cost
