We recently stayed at Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels in Pimpri, Pune, and it was an absolute delight from check-in to check-out! The hotel's modern vibe and convenient location near the Pune-Mumbai Highway made it perfect for my trip, with easy access to nearby spots. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Overall, fantastic value for money with that signature Lemon Tree hospitality. I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Pune! Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Extremely unprofessional hotel. Terrible service. Silently levying service charges on every transaction, upon asking stating it is optional but the money cannot be refunded. Frequent issues with the Wi-Fi. The worst stay of my life in any hotel.

The prices were too high with respect to the quality of rooms. Bathroom was too small for 2 people and there were mosquitoes in the room

We loved our stay and every bit of it. It was clean, hygienic and always refreshing. The property is rightly located, easy to find for us or our cab drivers. The breakfast every morning was very fresh and delicious. All available amnesties were good. The staff & services were excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Perfect blend of welcoming & professional. Special thanks to the managers, for making us feel at home. (not being from here we only have a suggestion for better authentic coffee)
