The stay is beautiful and luxurious. The experience itself is great and the food is very tasty. You can come with family and enjoy the adventure park as well while you stay and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommended and will visit again ♥️

I found this property by suggestion from my friend. if you want silence and a mind free stay, then this is the correct place. A few things could be better like cleaning in a room, waiting periods in shivlingum restaurants We visited for dinner. facilities are beyond expectations in the room.

The following thing went excellent during my stay: 1. Cleanliness was everything in the property. 2. Food was too yum 😋 and reasonable. 3. Location took us very close to nature and adventure. 4. Army drills and all other activities were fun to do.

Location and food was ok. The hospitality was pathetic. Such a big resort run out of carts too. Mostly not charged and under maintenance. They shud keep a car for the guests.

Property location is amazing and food was superb. Indoor game facilities aren’t good and far away from the rooms. Staff was excellent and cooperative.

horrible Customer service, water leaking from AC no one looked into this even after complaining multiple times, they were not even providing water bottles unless I asked for it a hundred times Never returning back horrible staff

The water had a terrible stench, Definitely not something you would expect in a place like this. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of taking a shower before realizing how bad it was. On top of that, the TV wasn’t working. They did send a technician who spent almost an hour trying to fix the set-top box, but nothing was resolved. The pricing didn’t feel justified, especially considering the entry to the adventure park is not included and costs an additional ₹500–₹550 per person. On a more positive note, the room itself was decent and had the charm of an authentic Swiss-style wooden cottage, which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. Another positive thing was the breakfast at Ruby restaurant. They had a lot of varieties and the food was pretty good.

There was leakage in the rooms. Though the staff tried everything however the tents are not maintained.

We had booked swiss chalet room and paid Being paid such huge amount,as a customer we expect a good and hygenic room. But reality is,the room is very pathetic.We encountered a mouse, so we called reception and they sent a staff to remove the same. But staff was very casual and claimed he ran the mouse off,but in the evening we saw 3 MICE in the room!!!!Very pathetic!!! Also,AC was leaking in the room and continuosly water was dripping, ultimately we had to switch off the AC. When we enquired the manager about mice , his approach was very casual. Room was also little untidy. Not expected from renowned property like this!! Hence we contacted reception,they have an option of different room which has lower charges(InJasper) Initially we demanded refund but due to constant rains we had no option to checkout.

-Property is huge and spread out. -Inadequate Transportation Within Property: Only one golf cart was working; had to wait ~30 mins. -No In-Room Dining Service must pick up from restaurant. Which is quite far -Frequent power cuts with no generator or backup. -Food quality is average.

Everything was amazing like Location, property,food,restaurants. I really enjoyed family time at Sunnys World.

The area of Sunny world is spacious, there were variety of food, taste was good. Stay was comfortable with a beautiful view

A great place for a family outing with plenty of delicious food options across three restaurants. We initially stayed in a glass tent – though it’s a marvelous experience, I wouldn’t recommend it during the monsoon season as we faced water leakage at night due to heavy rain. We were later shifted to a wooden cottage. The room layout and ambiance there are remarkable, but the maintenance could be improved. The property is vast, and on-call electric vehicles are available to move around. However, the management should consider increasing the number of vehicles, as they seem to struggle during peak season to cater to all guests efficiently. Food was good and good place to stay with family and friends

I have a good experience with sons world but there is a one new little change you have to do that is took one chair and laptop table into the rooms for more good and better experience.
