Property located near sus gaon near Pune,approachable easily.food was excellent.amenities were fairly good but needed improvements.service was good.

. The restaurant was excellent with attentive service, excellent food and great views. The stay however, left much to be desired. The location was great, overlooking the city and provided panoramic views on either side. The maintenance was extremely shoddy and so was the service. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and was smelling as soon as we entered. We wanted to change rooms but it was conveyed that apparently the other were either not ready or already booked. The overall structure of was also not very well kept; dirt around the balcony and room. Overall, the stay was very average with a great location but shoddy on the service and cleanliness side.

Room price at hotel was much cheaper than what we booked . Not happy with the price provided

I have visited Sunny’s World several times before and always had a good experience, but this time it was quite different. The place didn’t seem well-maintained — there were too many mosquitoes, and the staff was not very cooperative. It looks like maintenance is not being managed properly now. As for the restaurant, the food quality was just okay, not as good as before. Overall, it wasn’t as pleasant as my previous visits.

The staff was courteous and professional. They have three different restaurants and one of them is all veg so no worries for vegetarian people. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a host of options. The room where we stayed is also thoughtfully designed for a family of four.

Rooms were good, landscaping is good, food quality is good. Swimming pool dose not have any attendant. There is no shower area near the pool. No towels. Pool is also not cleaned. There were nails on on wall of the pool. Buggy service is not up to the mark. Many guests had safety issues at children’s adventure park.

Location is amazing ... lot of activity for children and amazing view and hospitality... wonderful service from staff with clean and hygienic rooms. Definitely looking forward to visit again!!

Place is just magical and serene. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They need to work a little bit on cleanliness of adventure park- specifically the kids play area the place will be unmatchable. Also tried food at all 3 Restraunts, loved it in all the places. Ambience wise ruby topped the list second charcoal was very windy and live we loved that too.

Hi, The food was excellent, Rooms were nice, the only problem we faced was with In room service, no cutlery were provided even on request, requests for wine glasses were rejected.

The stay is beautiful and luxurious. The experience itself is great and the food is very tasty. You can come with family and enjoy the adventure park as well while you stay and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommended and will visit again ♥️

I found this property by suggestion from my friend. if you want silence and a mind free stay, then this is the correct place. A few things could be better like cleaning in a room, waiting periods in shivlingum restaurants We visited for dinner. facilities are beyond expectations in the room.

The following thing went excellent during my stay: 1. Cleanliness was everything in the property. 2. Food was too yum 😋 and reasonable. 3. Location took us very close to nature and adventure. 4. Army drills and all other activities were fun to do.

Location and food was ok. The hospitality was pathetic. Such a big resort run out of carts too. Mostly not charged and under maintenance. They shud keep a car for the guests.

Property location is amazing and food was superb. Indoor game facilities aren’t good and far away from the rooms. Staff was excellent and cooperative.

horrible Customer service, water leaking from AC no one looked into this even after complaining multiple times, they were not even providing water bottles unless I asked for it a hundred times Never returning back horrible staff

The water had a terrible stench, Definitely not something you would expect in a place like this. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of taking a shower before realizing how bad it was. On top of that, the TV wasn’t working. They did send a technician who spent almost an hour trying to fix the set-top box, but nothing was resolved. The pricing didn’t feel justified, especially considering the entry to the adventure park is not included and costs an additional ₹500–₹550 per person. On a more positive note, the room itself was decent and had the charm of an authentic Swiss-style wooden cottage, which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. Another positive thing was the breakfast at Ruby restaurant. They had a lot of varieties and the food was pretty good.

Food Quality is excellent 10/10 Rooms and overall estate is wonderful and serene . The overall experience was awesome
