Location is good, cleanliness is average. A family on the next table found work in the sweet served, hygiene seems to be a concern. Rooms are ok, nothing luxurious but good for a day stay.

Day stay is better it can me made better of there is proper professional team assigned.New rooms were good but need more options since they have huge space .

Oh,it was horrible that they charged us too much for everything,there food quality is very poor,room service is horrable and they are list worried about there clienlts,i am very disappointed to say that this property is a worst to go n stay,althow it has senic view but it doest mean that you will get a worst service n worst food. For example i ordered pannir chilli,they served it to me,but i thought it is a sweet dish very worst. For me it has a zero value resort n nothing else. Will never go again n nither will suggest to go anyone there,very poor with high charges n no food quality.very horrible,dont go there its a huge west of money

The room was spacious and well-lit, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom, Also bird valley experience was amezing..

Property location was good but it is old proper and you feel it. Room was below average but I upgraded by paying 2400 more. New room was good but we can feel that customer is not focus. No door stopper for gallery door so that's problem when we have kids. Gallery was open so can't seat as rain is continuous. Food was below average and 350 rs is charged for veg. Also it was very late even when we instruct about time . Dinner was at 9 pm, breakfast at 10 am and we have to follow up for that in case it is not crowded. There was no hot water one morning and we had to call atleast 10 times and after 2 hrs they brought it in buckets. I have 1 extra star because at least they had milk for kids and were generous for that. If they clean and maintain property ( no lights in the kids play area) , improve a few small things and focus on food quality and customer satisfaction that will be good.

place is nice, it's very big, there u can visit many birds and feed them, only concern is the phone network, no phone network there, also there is coupon system for food, they serve buffet system per person the veg charges are 350 and for non veg 450 rs, if food is not added in your stay package, then before eating you are supposed to pay and then they will give u a coupon, connected to wifi of resort for making payment, my advice will be, keep always cash handy,

Location is good. property is well maintained, only amenities what ever appeared in pic are different in actual. best part is bird park.

Was charged extra for my kids food. Managament response was bad and they were not adhering to the booking done

The amenities and food were good. food was a little expensive. Location is nice and a quite place away from city life.

The property is really beautiful and mesmerising. Someone who loves nature is truly going to love it. I went mainly for the birds and bullock cart riding. It was such an amazing experience. The staffs are really helpful. They have lot of patience and will guide you everywhere. It was a wholesome experience... do visit with family and friends..I believe during rainy season the place will look mesmerising..will visit again soon.

We enjoyed a lot in our small trip. The property was beyond my imagination within budget. A lot of options are there to explore.

1) Location is very good 2) Veg Lunch /Dinner menu is average 3) Breakfast is good 4) Garden is very well maintained 5) Animal and Bird Sanctuary is very good and well maintained 6) Childrens Slides and Sports equipment need improvement. 7)Most important required round the clock check in check out time with lunch ,dinner with both options veg-non veg which is available offline but same is not available with online option. 8) All staff's behaviour is very good. 9) Bath Soap and Hand Soap required brand quality. 10) Towels brown colour and not smooth. Required improvement.

pool time is very limited so those who stay i want flexibility for them is again disappointment l food quality is good but not customized order .

Location, services amenities are good. But only food they have to make something new. I have visited 2nd time this property but the menu of food was the same. I just like the nature that's why chose this. they have to improve in food.

We have a book surya resort from make my Trip, it's nice stay in a good location, nice room with a water view . In summer also well mentioned and green. Good food with all options. Test also good. Like Bird part and zip line Over all good experience and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks

We have found this property on makemytrip. We hailed from pune to visit this resort by road. The journey was full of beautiful mountains and lakes. The resort staff is very supportive and generous. The food quality for lunch/dinner is quite good. Although the breakfast options were limited, that was too value for money. The resort has many activities and indoor/outdoor game options. But make sure to keep the ample amount of petrol in the car and some dry food items like maggie, eggs, chips to make overall stay comfortable. As this resort is situated in the remote location where you migh miss the wifi or 5g speed but it has jio network for making payments and all. Overall the journey and the stay was very exciting and worth visiting.

Nothing as mentioned in the page and food was horrible. No electricity in night and when we reached they given basic food room to us. No wifi and completely worst

Price is so high & food also not good as per cost paid. So overall experience is not good
