Very nice experience! Had a great stay! Staff was very courteous and helpful! I will definitely recommend others to book their stay here!

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus, and that was one of the better aspects of our stay. However, we faced several disappointments during our visit. We had booked a Winter Green Premium Room, but the room we were given felt more like a standard one. The actual room looked quite different The hotel also mentioned in-room refreshments as part of the room offering, but none were provided during our stay. Additionally, only one dental kit was given, despite our booking being for two people — a clear oversight, especially since the hotel was aware it was a couple's stay. Food prices were on the higher side, and unfortunately, the quality didn't justify the cost. The only exception was the complimentary breakfast, which was fairly good and better than the other meals we ordered from the menu. Overall, while the location and complimentary breakfast were positives, the stay didn’t live up to expectations due to the room not matching its description, missing amenities, and poor value for money.

In single word: Not value for money. Don’t dare to try

the trip was average due to initial check in service, we had to wait for 30 minutes as there was a confusion on the receptionist side if there is a booking or not

The room was not as per the pricing.. Washroom and sink are old and outdated.. Smell in room. No proper amenities in the washroom.. The price u charge is in par to a 4-5star hotel .but not the state of the room

I gave an average rating because • Toiletries were for only one guest when room was booked for two guests. • ⁠One bottle in shower was empty. • ⁠TV was not working and your technician took a lot of time to set it right. • ⁠I was not aware that you were a fully vegetarian restaurant. Regards Melville
