The Hotel Hindusthan International (HHI Pune)

Very bad experience with the hotel. Due to emergency I had to reschedule my journey to next day of the actual date of booking. I came to about it very next day of my booking and informed MMT and hotel on the day day. Still we had about 4/5 days left. But, there was no reply at all from anyone. Just informed for a sake that we would be checking and call back. Not sure why it should not actually accept the cancellation for one night. Also, when I checked in to the room on next day, the room was producing paint/varnish smell. Have severe calf, AC was making noice like anything. TV was not functioning in that room. Very very worst room it was. When I called and informed and they allotted different room after 1 and half hour of check in which was 12:05 -> 1:30 am in the mid night . Had to again collect my luggage and things back to other room by spoiling my whole night and sleep. Being a 4* hotel these room conditions and the services and all very very below normal. Strongly condemn this and want the compensation for the night and strongly suggests clients not consider this hotel for any of your future bookings. Am requesting MMT to get this hotel unlisted from their portal too to avoid damaging your integrity.

I checked in late and was to check out early the next day. Even after informing the hotel staff to arrange for a packed breakfast, the same was not provided. Not a professional management behind the desk for sure!!

Location is good but rooms need to be repaired,I changed the room since the AC was not working and bathtub was broken.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. Considering the price point, I found the stay not worth the cost and quite expensive. Additionally, there were no good breakfast options available, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and look into improving the value and facilities offered to guests.

It's a pathetic exp at the hotel, while check in I had informed about early morning checkout hence I need some breakfast which I had already paid for it. At the morning the reception guy Chandrakant confirmed no one available at kitchen & he was sleeping, upon enquiry I found all staff were present & the guy was lying I had a word with his supervisor Prashant he said calling back in 2 mins uptill evening no calls. It's a worst hotel at rooms the water logging was there at bathroom.

Excellent Experience. All are perfect. Stay , Rooms and Location. Near to Airport . Staff are very Good.

Rooms are very bad smell no Maintaince water leakage from AC. Bathroom taps are not working towels are very bad condition

I didnt even stay there.. I wanted to modify my date of stay which the hotel denied

Overall stay was good and comfortable ..Food was good and overall good hospitality and close to Airport in Viman Nagar.

The room charge and fhe room provided did not match.The itenary given and service provided was not same.There were other options which provided better service.Not budget friendly

Good hotel. Food is good room cleaning and interior was okay okay average not great windows are also not so clean. Overall, okay.

Hotel Hindustan International don't allow smoking, even if the room. They don't provide any smoking zone either.
