No Ac were Working, No response from reception at all , least bothered staff

Had cockroaches in the room, bathroom was chocking, cups in the pantry were wet! Very unexpected and disappointing experience!

Extremely Disappointed with My Stay at Enrise by Sayaji, Pune. What was supposed to be a comfortable visit turned into a frustrating experience. 1. Room service was absolutely pathetic — slow, unresponsive, and careless. Simple requests took forever or were ignored altogether. 2. The bed was in terrible condition — uncomfortable, creaky, and clearly not maintained for guest comfort. 3. For a brand like Sayaji, this level of hospitality is shocking. Definitely

food system was very poor, no dinner and no good breakfast available. No good menu for room service as well.

I recently stayed at Sayaji Hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of terrible. What was expected to be a comfortable and pleasant stay turned into a nightmare due to the following issues: Unhygienic Conditions: To my utter shock, I saw a cockroach running around in the room. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be reputable. Lack of Basic Amenities: The charging point in the room was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience, especially for a business traveler like myself who needs to stay connected. Poor Housekeeping: The bed sheets were not changed for all 3 days of my stay. It was very clear they were reusing the same sheets, which is both unprofessional and unhygienic. This stay has completely tarnished the image I had of Sayaji. I chose this hotel expecting a certain level of quality and comfort, but instead, I left deeply disappointed. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to fix these issues. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay was excellent! The property's location was ideal, the food was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. Highly recommend!

Rooms are very dirty. Not maintained, bad odour in the room. Staff is not taking care of customers. They are using name of Sayaji Hotel but not inline.

it is 3-star facility, but not up to the mark. Property is not maintained properly, looks very much dull. Menu option in breakfast in limited and also quality is not good. room cost is too high, not justified for the kind of facility available.

The rooms were old and dingy. All the appliances and amenities were pretty out dated. The only saving grace was the food and the service. Definitely didn’t get the value for the money I paid.

Okok considering the Sayaji hotel at the Wakad highway. but other than that this Enrise property is good for the money they charge.

Good and comfortable at enrise by saya ji. Location is really good and very near to one of the biggest mall of Pune.

Lift condition: the dirty spit marks in the lift are clearly an issue. It might be worth bringing this up with whoever is responsible for maintaining the lift, requesting a cleaning or regular upkeep to prevent such marks from accumulating. Room cleaning if the cleaning hasn't been thorough, complete room need do dusting

Not a 4 star level hotel. No one to take the luggage to the room, not even guiding where the room is. "Here is your key, thank you". Bathroom doors in the room dont have locks from outside so they stay open all the time, our bathroom was full of foul smell, cockroach, and bad lighting. Though after we requested they changed our room, the later one was better. But definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Hotel was good, staff and very courteous and breakfast was excellent. Hotel needs maintenance. I booked a 1 bedroom suite, interior was worn out and needed maintenance. Coffee table needs replacement. Iron board is shared with entire hotel, they can afford to keep one in each room.
