I booked lemon tree hotel hinjwadi, pune, last time, hotel staff, hygine, ambience, service all are excellent and very good experience, also makemy trip was a good platform for every people, But i have noticed 3 or 4 time i was stayed in same hotel, but i have request and complaint about there room air-conditioning was so noiseful whenever they work, those noise make irritate for every guest, please noticed, thanks and Regards, MakeMy Trip💐👍🤝👍

Thing are good in hotel but as human they dont help a person coming first time in city and landed at 2am just stay with me till afternoon and they charged a full amount from me as an additional guest and tha guest was my brother so for me they are just looking for profit with no humanity
