was very happy with the overall experience and the rooms and bathrooms in the rooms were very clean

The stay was terrible, the hotel staff was not friendly at all. The toilet was not clean and the staff were very creepy. Felt unsafe at the hotel

very co-operative staff...especially Mr. Sachin who is always available at the service of the guests.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, and overall, it was a decent experience for a 3-star property. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and transport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was polite and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, though basic. The bed was good for a night’s rest, but the furniture and interiors looked a bit dated. Amenities like Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked fine, but the TV channels were limited. The bathroom was functional but could use some upgrades for a fresher look.

Room was neat and spacious. As it is in the prime location easy to commute. Stay in the hotel are friendly and professional

Wonderful location , clean hygienic rooms and staff behaviour also very good and polite , I would definitely recommend this hotel whoever wants to stay in koregaon location

Stay was good but our friends came for some time and they charged extra for this

Rooms pathetic, Room staff is not helpful at all because they don't know what to do. None of the staff manager is train for hotel industry entirely room smelling of pest control. The washrooms the commode flush is broken. No water is coming. You have to call them several time. ,This is my first time.

No continues water supply in bathroom have to change ge room for water supply also they don’t deliver food from outside to your room you have to go to reception and take artogant staff pethetic behaviour charged 4500fora single day extended

Review on The haven by Renovo Location: prime & well connected Breakfast(BF): though don’t hv restaurant, but complimentary BF was room served with hygiene and good taste Room: big rooms well cleaned with white towels /linen ( not become yellow ). stay experience is not good unprofessional hotel without kitchen facilities they are operating not value for money

The hotel was an average one. the room allotted to us was having loose fittings, non working ac and toliteries were provided only on request. one positive thing was the staff was helpful and Post our confrontation the room was changed the next day, but we were shifted to a another room and again we had to call for the toiletries again..

The Reception staff were very cordial and obliging. The room itself was very neatly inviting. Had no complaints whatsoever and would definitely recommend the place to others. Thanks and had a wonderful stay.

Room were very compact unlike the one which was shown in pictures, and property had water problems and it was unavailable till 6 hours after we checked in

it was a great room But they should get their hand shower and the LED light repaired in the bathroom
