Hotel was at a walkable distance from pune railway station (exit from plat form6. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Will recommend this hotel.

Near the station, no obstacles, overall a very good experience. The staff was good, rooms were hygienic and the breakfast food was also great. Had a variety of options at my breakfast.

Rooms are not available as per showing images at the of booking. Bathrooms are not in good condition

Washroom are dirty no hot water breakfast food quality was below standard service was very poor on calling to service it was attended after follow ups stay was very bad

Very good service and really nice rooms. Clean and hygienic bathrooms. Really good rooms. I am very comfortable with these rooms. Good quality foods are serving. Its more than enough for these price. I hope you really enjoy these hotels

Ac not working properly and not provided complimentary water bottle when check in. We will bay a complimentary breakfast ticket in hotel he will say 150-per person but they are billing at check out time 150- +gst (12)

The hotel location is convenient for us to commute to our hospitals. Food is good. Room service is fine. Good for short stayal.

Everything was not well maintained and was very untidy. As it's location is near railway station you cannot sleep because of traffic and the only good thing in this hotel was its restaurant located beside it

Pathetic experience if you are booking the rooms. Staff is rude & give preference to offline booking only. I booked a super deluxe ac room & i had arrived at hotel around 12:15 pm which was check in time but hotel staff told me to wait for 1 hour as rooms aren't available. I told them that i am arriving hotel as per check in time only but they informed that the room is not available as they have allotted the room to offline booking. After i escalated the issue to make my time, hotel staff provided me a room at 12:45 pm which was non ac & told me to stay there for some time as they are arranging the ac room which i had initially booked. They provided the ac room at around 1:40 pm which was extremely dirty, bed sheets were not even changed. If you are coming to mumbai to spend some good time then my suggestion is not to book this hotel as this will surely spoil your mood.

Room is clean. Service is good. Staff behavior is good. Food quality is also good. Children were not happy because of tv cable disconnection. Mostly channel was not availed but overall it was good experience.

Ac was working fully in room. Hk staff service is found very good. Our hot water is solve within a second. That's a great.

Receptionist was kind and room service was great, clean bed, a/c were great and restroom was sanitized. There is no any room for improvement. 5/5 in all aspects. The stay was most comfortable and i would prefer to stay again
