Very close to the railway station. Neat and tidy. Everyone is very friendly. Fruit platter and snacks platter is a very good idea. Lot of ventilation due to the balcony. Stayed in the Lemon Tree Premier also but this one is far more cleaner and comfortable.

Location is very nice and convenient, good food however complaints management system is not good at all.

This is the Most service I have ever received. I do not only the Hotel. I travelled with my family; I.e my wife and child to the Property on 15-16 November 2025. I had called the hotel 2 times within 48 hours prior to arriving to confirm if their swimming pool is functional. Both the times I was informed the pool is functional. On arrival I am told pool is under maintenance from 3 days. On being questioned on why this wasn't conveyed, I was told the pool is functional. When I went to the pool, The pool was 1/4 filled, insects dead in the pool and filter not working. I had requested a smoking room. When we reached the room, the room was smelling like an astray. There was no air freshener or anything sprayed. On complaining I was given an upgrade So we were shifted to a Suite. My prior booking was a Superior room. When we reaached the suite, the lamp lights on either side of the table werent working. There were 2 TV's in the Suite room, none of which were working. So again when we complained we were shifted to another Suite. The complementary fruit plate in the final Suite room had 2 bananas both which were spoilt. So overall in the span of 1 evening we shifted 3 different rooms. I would never recommend this

The location and food is good, Amenities and Services excellent. Only blemish is that the House Keeping service is below par. The bed sheets and pillow cover were not changed on its own and we have to remind the HK guys for the same. Exception - Mr. Gaurav (HK Staff) attend the issue of bathroom choke within minutes of raising the matter I am not able to submit / edit the review of my recent completed stay at 'The Central Park Hotel' Pune

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The food particularly breakfast was very good. The services and amenities were excellent. Only the promised free Cookie platter everyday was not provided on its own. When we asked for the same on the first day of our stay it was promptly provided. Next day again it was not given on its own and we too did not feel to repeatedly ask for the same. The only blemish was the Housekeeping which was below par. Pillow covers and bedsheets were not changed daily. When we noticed it, we complained and then it was changed. This should not happen.

It was great experience with the hotel. Food was excellent and staff were also good and very co operative.

Though I had an unpleasant experience during check in process, the stay was good. Room service was good. All the staff are very cordial.

some promotion on food was going on but not mentioned clearly on promotional documents and staff do not clearly explain on the intercom. staff required training to deal with customers how to convey management policy to customers not just rudely reply it is management policy. No fan in AC rooms if you close AC due to drop in temperature mosquito bites .

Well ..There were no amenities like welcome drink..snacks. fruit platter which was mentioned in the website..The service was ok as was the food which was not very tasty.An average hotel which was expensive and not worth it

Staff at reception was rude . Room service and food was poor. Had to call twice for small things. Finally had to go at reception desk to get things sorted. Night duty manager was not too keen to understand.

It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located just 2–2.5 km from Pune Railway Station. I had breakfast there, and it was absolutely delicious. The hotel is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and the staff are prompt, courteous and professional. Highly recommended!

Food was good, the restaurant ambience is good as well, location is very convenient right next to a theater and short walk to a mall with plenty on eateries on the way.
