Review Of The Central Park Hotel

Staying in Central park hotel was excellent.Due to professional committee used to travel a lot in different cities. In those cities I stayed in good hotels but staying in the hotel in comparison to other is different experience altogether. When ever coming to pune will stay in the same hotel

Rooms are not upto the mark. AC remote doesn't work. TV, Dish Box and the remotes never work properly. All day menu is only for namesake.....

I stayed overnight at The Central Park Hotel, Pune. I chose this hotel primarily for its location, heart of city and close to railway station. The hotel was very welcoming from the first step in. We faced a glitch as there were two single mattresses on the king size bed in the room. On requesting the staff changed the room for me. The food was decent however the highlight remains the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is extremely well maintained. Each room has been curated with great amount of attention to detail. They provide news paper, snacks and every single essential thing that you can think of. The thing that caught my attention was that every room has a copy of Bhagwat Geeta. Loved that gesture.

Excellent stay at the Central Park Hotel in Pune (Bund Garden). Simply the best. To start with Property was very nice, clean & tidy. Service was excellent again from all especially from Mr Limi & Mr Charanjit in Restaurant and many more whose names are not known to us. 1 more thing to mention is the food. It's super delicious. I got a chance to have a breakfast, dinner buffet and Ala carte too. Just 1 word that's "Excellent". The ambience of the restaurant was equally good. Whatever they served in each of the cuisines was super tasty. The property is near to Pune Station. Hats off to the entire staff. This is the best hotel so far we have stayed in Pune, till date. Highly recommended

From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and efficient, and the staff greeted me warmly with genuine hospitality. Despite being a spontaneous reservation, everything was perfectly organized, which immediately gave me peace of mind. The room itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, providing a cozy yet modern ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the linens were fresh and inviting. Amenities such as complimentary tea, coffee, and water were well stocked, making the stay even more pleasant. The only minor detail I noticed was that shampoo and body soap were not placed in the shower area itself but near the basin. While slightly inconvenient, it was a very small issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. I look forward to returning.

The room was just ok for the price. Toilet flush was not working. From shower the whole water comes to the bathroom outside like a flood. Communication gap between the employee. Buffet area flies on the open salad area. No green tea.
