Stay was good and comfortable and with respect service it was good . But when we book uber or ola the location of hotel will show wrong . So pls update correct location so that customer can reach easily.

“A Truly Pathetic Stay”

I wish I could give this hotel zero stars. Within hours of checking in, I discovered bedbugs in the room — yes, actual bedbugs crawling on the bed, I’ll never recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all, the manager there was extremely arrogant — he didn’t even know how to talk properly. I had booked the stay but after reaching the hotel, they started asking for extra money .it was clearly between the hotel . Unfortunately, I was forced to pay extra just to stay there.

Average. Lots of stains in bathroom . Below sink area not thoroughly cleaned. No dental kit provided. No complimentary water provided. Comforter cover was clean but inside comforter was dirty. Brings cold tea and burnt sandwich Reception person is cooperative but didn't help with dental kit and free water. Location, security, accessibility is very good . Lot of good nearby restaurants.
