Overall experience was good , the behaviour of staff was good, some of the rooms had AC leaking, but it was managed later, rooms are quite spacious

Absolutely awful cigarette buys under the bed, breaking/ broken furniture. Room changed to an equally bad one. Icing on the cake was the attitude of Fabhotel “customer care” they were rude and completely useless when it came to solving problems.
