Hotel Metropole

I stayed at Metropole for a period of 4 nights. The staff were efficient, helpful and well behaved. The stay was comfortable and incident free! We will stay there again!

The TV was not working then need to change from other room. The sink pipe cover was open. The AC take hours to cool

Not a good stay...lift were smelling badly... unhygienic rooms..dirty walls, jo proper lights, and they provide you the drinking water and you have to buy it..but remember one charge ₹60 for one water bottle. I had a very very bad experience. Not a good stay.

Hotel is good. I stayed in their Deluxe room. It was quite good but they need to work on their Lift. It is not upto mark.

Room Cleaning at regular intervals and good co-operation of staff. Also at good location. Quick response of the staff.

The hotel is located at a very good location. The safety and security in the hotel is also very good. The working staff of this hotel is also very cooperative. The morning breakfast in the hotel was also good. Overall the service of the hotel was very good.

The hotel is very nicely built but housekeeping and maintenance needs to improve. The location is excellent. Overall it's ok for the price I paid.

Property was good.. but the AC needs to be changed.. overall the stay was good and staff behaviour was polite. Thank you

Room was good, breakfast very moderate, cleanliness to be improved.

not worth the price point. i got small room and lock was broken. lightning was very dim. no remote for ac. tv remote was also broken. fridge not maintained. toilet seat was not opening properly. the food was costly as well.

A very run down and overpriced hotel. Room had a little dampness on the walls and ceiling. They had not been painted in a long time. Door handles, hardware were broken and not locking properly. Sockets were worn out from overuse. They were using a room freshner to hide the damp smell. Terrible experience.

Room a/c was switched off at night and linen was not clean it had some smells. The walls have seepage issues also.

Room#201 condition was very bad. Plasters were coming out from the walls. Cigarette buds were lying around in the bathroom. Spider webs were present around the lamp shades.

Pathetic, third class property, never ever to go there. Whole place stinks and poor aminities with zero cleanliness.

The room was good but room service is very poor, break fast was pathetic, it looks like it was prepared in advance and the served you when to ask for, do not book hotel with break fast as they don't have kitchen and it's ordered from some near by food stalls in from of hotel

The stay at metropole is quite comfortable. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Always smiling room no 302 is quite cosy overlooking the road

Not so good. Rooms not up to mark. Leakage marks on ceiling, near a/c puts u off. Breakfast is served in room from outside. No choice

Stay was comfortable and nice. Staffs behavior up to the mark. Breakfast was super and delicious. Ac was not working properly and there is some noise in ac. There is no fan in the rooms. Charging points needs to be replaced.

Its a normal 2star hotel traffis are bit higher side and quality is too low.

There was no restaurant or in house food available for staying guests, not even tea.
