Poor Stay

Hotel is not at all customer friendly, there is almost no service. WiFi have not worked during the entire stay. The complementary breakfast was horrible they will give only one thing dosa, idly or uri etc no tea or coffee and quality was also poor as they were bringing it from roadside hotel. No kitchen is there in the hotel even they were not providing any plates for serving food. Really doubt how they have got 4 plus rating.
