Mrugavani Resort and Spa

Worst &worst welcome I had in my future Receptionist was very very rude she should taken as housekeeper and room is not good & towel was old etc… I never suggest anyone for murgvani

our stay was awesome in mrugvani resort. starting from room , food ,hospitality all were superb. My family really enjoyed a lot. will b coming back soon for another stay .

The resort was not that much of effective price and provided room was just a normal room without balcony

Overall, the resort was not well-maintained. There was a noticeable drainage smell in several areas of the property, including the washrooms, which affected the overall experience. Improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are definitely needed.

it's on highway,lot of greenery, mosquito due to stagnant water in which tortoise are kept,lot of flower petals.Our room was good with balcony, breakfast was tasty,male staff at reception was good professional and considerate,female was casual, unprofessional.Bathroom was ok but not impressive.Lunch, food was tasty .

The places really good and cute, but the main thing is, it is quite small in size. It felt like you can cover the entire resort maybe five minute walk.

Resort size very less may be 3 to 4 acres, doesn’t give feel if resort. Room quality is no where near 4 star facility

The food was good but there was a continuous power outage at night that led to disturbed sleep

Place was good and I like the food, property location was good , safari was okay but stay and location is really nice , it seems u r really valise to the nature

the stay was really pleasant, had great time, food was excellent and service was prompt, everyone made our stay comfortable and we had a great time

Wifi disconnect frequently and low interest speed

I checked-in hoping for a quiet and peaceful day with my family, but what I and every other guest at the resort encountered was the resort staff playing music at loudest possible volume the staff should not be troubling the guests this way, they could have moved out to the main road 50 feet away which is a national highway and no one would have had any issues with extremely loud blaring music. I requested the staff 6-8 time to reduce the volume but guest hospitalilty was least of their concerns. I was forced to go to the front desk, drenched in wet clothes right from the swimming pool. The experience ruined the weekend plan and I checked out in 3 hours from the place, even the valet staff left guests unattended to collect their cars. I'm waiting for the resort to approve my refund The resort staff's behavior forced me to leave, ear bursting music volume blasted by the resort 'committee'.

THE STAY REJECTED BY THE RECEPTIONIST. I WONT VISIT THE RESORT ANY TIME IN MY LIFE AGAIN. I WONT SUGGEST MAKE MY TRIP ALSO IN FUTURE .

Room and resort is clean and well maintained. I was unable to contact anyone from the room, I dialled 100 times to reception and room service but no body picked up, I had to go to reception to order food in the afternoon and in the night, I was with the 3month old infant and I didn't expect this experience from that big resort group.

Food is great but the room provided to us has the bathroom which has water blockage under the sink which is unhygenic. Resort is not huge and has limited fun to enjoy. Just for the stay and swimming pool, paying is not worthy.

Resort is good but disappointed with food taste and rooms are clean but expensive

Located at good location/easy access and serene area. Breakfast served is not well. Restaurant is okay. Other facilities are just okay. Room service/reception staff etc seem a bit stressed themselves unable to handle visitors.

We had spent very good time. My kid enjoyed a lot. Played each and every game area.

Perfact short trip for couples n family. Food is excellent love to visit again n again cleanliness n games atmosphere homely environment
