Lagoon Bay-Leonia Holistic Destination

The overall experience of the stay was average since the rooms were not worth the price or not great at all. The only selling point for this room is ‘by the pool’ option, but the rooms could have been much better. No proper food options too. They just have a limited menu and ty taste is also average. Ideally in a typical resort the menu should be wide and with incomparable taste when compared with restaurants or other even other resorts that are in and around the city.

The staff was courteous, the food was good, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Everything about the stay was enjoyable except for one disappointing experience at the Fairy Tale section. The behavior of the lady employee there was extremely unprofessional — the language she used with guests was unacceptable and left a very negative impression. Apart from this incident, the rest of the resort experience was very good.

Location was good enough to stay but the problem is they charged hefty amounts and the requirements like ac not working properly and the welcome drink which u mentioned was not given and the bathroom acceceries were missing like jacuzzi apart from that food is fantastic and the hospitality with celestial staff was excellent and the security is just ok not that much helpful so basically it was good and I just want to thank this app make my trip successful without any hassle and complain so overall it’s ok

I left early due to medical emergency well before my check out time. In that hurry I forgot my charger in the room. And while the room was still booked for me, my charger was lost and couldn't retrieve it. They have thieves as workers in 5 star resort which is extremely disappointing.

Food is below average and very expensive its horrible experince. You can't even eat outside as it is far from the city nothing much. I don't have inches. Images

Stay at leonia was okay. As i guess the rooms need some renovation and changes. The room service can be little better and talking about the journey from one corner of resort to other corner, they can have certain golf carts kind of things to help people travel inside the property. Thank you

very cordial and helpful staff. we had a wheelchair patient with us. the staff helped us throughout and made our stay very comfortable. the place is very beautiful as well

We had a pleasant stay at the property location. We were pleased with breakfast buffet. Vegetarian varities in lunch and dinner are less. One good thing we got ors and glucose at the reception when one of our kids needed it.

Rooms are ok. Receptions service is very slow u can say they are not responding also. Lagoon bay rooms are connected to swimming pool. Scenic wise good but, morning time lots of monkey are enjoying in pool. Which make the pool not accessible to residents.
