The room was clean and hygienic. The food was a bit more spicy but the rest of the others were good.

I stayed at the hotel and paid for the Amenities like strong WiFi signal, working TV and Toiletries. When I visited and checked in, the toiletries were nit there, TV was not working and the WiFi signal was not there. When I asked for the WiFi, they said it's working but the signal was not reaching till my room. Because of this, I have to use my own personal mobile data to operate. Working and strong WiFi is a basic amenities which I paid for but not received. Disappointed with the service.

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel in Secunderabad. The rooms were not clean, and the hygiene standards were poor. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the bed linens did not seem fresh. The staff was unresponsive to my concerns, and the overall service was below expectations. The only positive aspect was the location, but that alone does not justify the poor maintenance and lack of proper hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable

Pros: the room is neat, clean, and well-maintained at an affordable price Cons: noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor is quite audible, making it more suitable for solo travelers or friends rather than families.

Bad experience. No water in the besine, bad smell in the room, rooms are not clean. Mmm

We booked a non ac room for 9hrs. Room was clean and good but it has no in-room landline to call reception and when i asked, they have given their landline number and mobile number. They didn't give any stay kit(towels and soaps) for us and tv was also not working. No wifi network for our floor. Few amenities were missing in the stay for us.

Rooms were just fit for staying, quite spacious, clean and i the bedsheets were clean too. The washroom was also clean.

My experience was okay, people can choose this hotel on the basis of your budget. Room condition was not very bad. Overall all was so so

Very old hotel not maintained arrogant staff. Very hard to find feel unsafe and lots of issues in the hotel

Amenties are good, no lift and location is poor to identity food ok building old remaining all are ok

Rooms are spacious and clean. Budget friendly. Good for couples as no will disturb you and they will not charge extra like other hotels. My checkin time was 12pm as I reached early I checked in at 8 and I had to pay only Rs. 300. Over all very nice.

Normel hotel stay in comtortable for short time stay, room very big wash room also very large spaces

Cheep and best hotel. Food and service also very good. Rooms daily perfect cleaning( room doors locks mild repair. Only mines in the hotel)

Check in was smooth. Room service is excellent. Call 9 room service person will bring anything you want from outside. You don't have to go outside frequently. Inhouse you will get north indian and bengali food. They serve in your room in 10 to 15 min. Food is good and price is reasonable. Hotel building, furniture and bathroom fittings are little old but ok. The paradise circle is about half kilometer. They will clean the room daily in the morning. Early check in available but you have to check out at same time otherwise can pay 200 rupees for late check-out. Hot water will come only in the morning. Small cockroach enter the room in night. They spray something but it doesn't work. They need to take professional service for pest control. All other things are good for the price.

Very basic, no frill hotel and value for money stay at prime location. Staff were cordial. Hotel was also clean.
