Rooms r good and well maintained. The gallery to the room has a damp smell nd needs to be taken care of. Staff is courteous and food tastes really well. Rated 4, as room service food is over priced which is a loss for the hotel itself since I could notice majority of food being ordered in rooms from swiggy zomato. mModerate price as per brand are ok since liquor is also over priced. Rest that's management call, overall as a hotel its good

Just had a brief overnight stay on a business trip - my first at a Vivanta at Hyderabad . Loved how things were “just right”. No fuss, no jazz but everything I needed at an affordable price. Probably my best business travel experience in Hyderabad in the past 5 years. This may become my go-to place for business travel in Hyderabad.

Had wonderful experience while staying in the property, staff were nice and helpful, hotel location is good, easy access to public transportation.

Extremely satisfied with the stay at vivantha, good food, good rooms , they upgraded to a bigger room for a very small amount of, hassel free check in and check out, and they even gave breakfast in neet packages as i was checking out early at 4 am thts how you serve your guests . Will definitely recommend others .

I loved my stay at Vivanta Hyderabad. the room was spacious, clean and modern. The staff is quite efficient and hard working Hotel is located in a very busy area but feels very calm inside. Everything was good but there is scope for improvement in the breakfast buffet. It was quite bland for my taste buds. they couldn't even get a dosa right. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and hospitality

Vivanta hyderabad is ideally location in prime area of hyderabad city, from where you can reach to any place in hyderabad easily. The location itself is centrally situated. The stay is very comfortable especially when you are fully tired of journey and you get good sleep in night due to excellent beds with comfortable mattresses. Food is good and tasty

I booked this hotel on line. this is a nice hotel from photos . compare the price with others, it is also a little cheap. So I try this stay. The hotel is really nice after I reach there. It is a little luxury. The breakfast is good. I enjoy various delitious food. I like the room inside. The king bed is very big. washroom is clean. Special it is the swiming pool. even the bottom a little massaic is missed. but the hotel person give reminder about this. It is no matter with I enjoy swinming there. Some friends like Purnima, Fatima and Dolika from front desk are very kindly.

The experience over there was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel since the rooms very not that good not meeting the expectations the rooms were old with worn out furniture the staff were not that much welcoming over all not satisfied by the stay and most important there was no clear distinction for smoking and non smoking rooms the rooms along with the open area were filled with the cigarette smell which was not yet all good especially when travelling with a 2 year old kid .only good thing was the breakfast spread which we enjoyed. They should seriously look into the improvement of both the rooms and the staff.

Taj Vivanta has been our top favourite but this Hyderabad stay at Vivanta was a disappointment in certain ways. The receptionist was polite but very cold-faced, stiff and tight about things. Just not suitable for Taj Hospitality! She refused to entertain our request for late check-out though the reservation team had assured us about it. It took a while to get it sorted. The room service person was co-operative and helpful in attitude but not trained enough to understand instructions and carry them out. It took multiple trips for him to get simple things like face towels. If these pin pricks could be sorted out, it would enhance the Taj experience.

It’s was a great experience staying at this property for 5 days . The food was amazing and have many options
